- can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that Monofilament mesh, 60-120T is used.
- SQUEEGEE 65-85 durometer solvent resistance blade, such as PU COVERAGEApprox. 30㎡/kg under 100T mesh CURE Force to dry with hot air dryer below 60℃ is allowed.
SW-G, Gloss PVC Ink
The SW- G PVC series of screen ink carries a wide range of opaque colors and its gloss finishing is very suitable for high quality jobs. This ink series exhibits excellent adhesion on a wide variety of substrates.

- 1Kg of ink will print an area of approximately 55-60 square meters with 120 – 34 threads / cm. Mesh count monofilament polyester or nylon and 10% dilution.

(GVY) PVC Gloss Solvent Base Inks
GVY Can be printed on PVC plastic, polycarbonate plastic, acrylic and CAB. The ink surface is highly flexible. and chemical resistance, quick drying and has a high gloss, resistant to light and weather conditions

Acrylics Gloss Inks (AC)
AC is a solvent-based screen printing ink specially designed for printing onto Acrylics, Polystyrene/PS plastics, Polycarbonates, ABS and rigid PVC plastics. This ink system has excellent adhesion and impact resistance and Gives a high gloss finish. AC does not react with plastic substrates and can therefore be wiped clean without leaving a color stain.

- AC can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that P90-48 to P140-34 mesh is used.
- AC can be jet-dried at 70°C (158°F) within 15-30 seconds. The gloss finish of the ink will be severely affected if dried at higher temperatures (above 80°C)
