(GVY) PVC Gloss Solvent Base Inks

Acrylics Gloss Inks (AC)

AC is a solvent-based screen printing ink specially designed for printing onto Acrylics, Polystyrene/PS plastics, Polycarbonates, ABS and rigid PVC plastics. This ink system has excellent adhesion and impact resistance and Gives a high gloss finish. AC does not react with plastic substrates and can therefore be wiped clean without leaving a color stain.
  • AC can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that P90-48 to P140-34 mesh is used.
  • AC can be jet-dried at 70°C (158°F) within 15-30 seconds. The gloss finish of the ink will be severely affected if dried at higher temperatures (above 80°C)
