Untreated PP Gloss Ink (PPG)

PPG is a solvent-based screen printing ink suitable for printing onto containers made from untreated or pretreated polypropylene. This ink system has a high gloss finish and excellent adhesion, giving it good rub-resistance. PPG can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that monofilament P90-48 to P120-34 be used.
  • PPG can be printed through a variety of solvent resistant stencils, such as Diazol (PU220), and Diazol Fast (S42).
  • 1Kg of ink will print an area of 65-75 m 2 through a P120-34 mesh.
