Scratch Removable Inks (SR35)

Scratch Removable inks are opaque inks which can be printed over offset printed lottery tickets and promotional card; they can be easily removed with a coin or fingernail to display the pre-printed message underneath. SR35 inks can be printed onto PVC or paper and have a satin finish.
  • SR35 can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that monofilament 62-64 to 77-48, depending on the detail required.
  • SR35 can be printed through a variety of solvent resistant stencils, such as Universal Diazol PU220, Diazol S42 & Polyzol Direct DE-422

ETCH RESIST INK BLUE (EBI-120)

Etch Resist Blue (EBI-120) which is commonly know as Circuit Blue is designed for the use as etching resist in printed circuit industry. The air / thermal dried polymer shows a semi-matt finish. The etch resist can be dried at room temperature of about 25-30 o C for 2-4 hours or can be dried in a convection oven at 80-100 o C for 15-20 minutes with good air circulation. A medium hard (60-65 shore) Polyurethane squeegee is recommended.

Nylon Ink (NYL)

NYL is an easy-to-dry; one/two pack ink suitable for direct printing onto a variety of nylon fabrics. When completely dry, the highly opaque ink film has excellent flexibility, adhesion and wash fastness. To enhance the adhesion, it is recommended that NYL be mixed with the appropriate amount of catalyst (see section on Catalyst).
  • NYL can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that P36-90 to P61-64 be used. For flat bed textile printing with a large number of fibers/unit, P71-55 to P110-34 mesh should be used. This will give finer prints, but the opacity will be reduced.
  • NYL inks are suitable for both manual and automatic screen-printing.
  • NYL can be printed through a variety of stencils, such as Diazol Universal PU710, Diazol TX600 and Polyzol DE 622
  • 1Kg of ink will print an area of 12-16 m 2 through a P43-80 mesh.

Nylonex Ink (NYE)

NYE is an easy-to-dry, one/two-pack ink suitable for printing onto a variety of nylon (including many which have been treated for water resistance), polyester and some other synthetic fabrics. When completely dry, the ink film has excellent flexibility, adhesion and wash fastness. To enhance the adhesion, it is recommended that NYE be mixed with catalyst (see section on Catalyst).
  • NYE can be printed through any type of mesh, but for the best printing results it is recommended that P43-80 to
P61-64 be used.
  • NYE inks are suitable for both manual and automatic screen-printing.

(PTN) Plastisol Inks

PTN is a plastisol ink which can be used for direct printing on fabrics and iron-on transfer printing. These plastisol inks have excellent screen stability, high opacity and color brightness and excellent wash resistance-for both directly printed fabrics and transfer printed ones. PTN has good adhesion to a variety of fabrics giving a print with a soft feel. PTN inks are suitable for printing fabrics made from natural fibres such as cotton and wool as well as synthetic ones. Compatibility with the textile should be carried out prior to use.
